During Your Stay

• Be kind and respect everyone. A greeting or a smile is also part of the well-being we share.
• Use the facilities responsibly. Take care of them as part of this house by the sea.
• Do not smoke or vape indoors. Clean air is also part of relaxation.
• Avoid throwing objects from balconies or windows. The beauty of the surroundings is cared for by all.
• Take care of the furniture and decoration. Every detail is designed to inspire calm and well-being.
• At the buffet, serve yourself what you will enjoy. Tasting without wasting is also a form of respect.
• Practice sustainability. Reuse towels, avoid daily changes of sheets, and turn off the lights when leaving.
• Respect the rest hours (from 23:00 to 08:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00). Tranquility is also shared.
• Dress appropriately in common areas. Each space has its rhythm and moment.
• Check the minimum age to access the spa (minors must always be accompanied by an adult) and remember that prior reservation and the purchase of the hygiene kit are required.
• Only registered guests can access the rooms or private areas.
• Do not tamper with emergency equipment or alarms. They are part of our common safety.
• The consumption of alcohol is only for adults. Enjoy it in moderation.
• In the pool, shower before swimming and follow the hygiene instructions and those of the lifeguard.
• Do not swim outside the established hours. The rest of the water also matters.
• Do not bring or consume prohibited substances. True well-being does not need artifices.
• If you find something that is not yours, return it to reception. Trust is part of our light.
• The children's areas are only for the little ones, always accompanied by an adult.
• Keep your room tidy and use the jacuzzi responsibly (if available). If it requires special cleaning, an additional cost may apply.
• Every day you choose not to request cleaning, we help clean plastic from the Mediterranean alongside The Gravity Wave.
• Take care of your digital conduct. The most valuable connection is the human one.
• Keep your belongings safe and inform us of any incidents.
