Tips for a peaceful stay at Villa del Mar

At Villa del Mar Hotel, every stay invites you to inhabit the Mediterranean with respect, harmony, and the serenity that spreads with the waves. To maintain this balance, we share these recommendations.

During your stay

• Be considerate towards others. A greeting, a smile... they are also part of shared well-being.
• Use the facilities responsibly. They are part of this place by the sea.
• Do not smoke or vape indoors. Clean air is also a form of rest.
• Avoid throwing objects from balconies or windows. The tranquility of the surroundings is everyone's responsibility.
• Respect the furniture and decoration. Every detail is designed to complement, not to impose.
• At the buffet, serve yourself only what you will enjoy. Tasting without wasting is also a form of respect.
• Practice sustainability. Reuse towels, avoid daily linen changes, and turn off the lights when leaving.
• Respect quiet hours (from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM). Calmness is also shared.
• Dress appropriately in common areas. Each space has its rhythm and its moment.
• Check the minimum age to access the spa (minors must always be accompanied by an adult) and remember that prior reservation and the purchase of the hygiene kit are required.
• Only registered guests may access rooms or private areas.
• Do not tamper with emergency equipment or alarms. They are part of our shared safety.
• Alcohol consumption is only for adults. Enjoy it responsibly.
• At the pool, shower before swimming and follow hygiene instructions and the lifeguard's directions.
• Do not swim outside established hours. Safety and calmness go hand in hand.
• Do not bring or consume prohibited substances. Well-being needs no artificial aids.
• If you find something that is not yours, hand it in at reception. Trust is also part of the place.
• Children's areas are for the little ones, always accompanied by an adult.
• Keep your room tidy and use the jacuzzi responsibly (if applicable). If special cleaning is required, an additional cost may apply.
• Every day you decide not to request cleaning, we help remove plastic from the Mediterranean together with The Gravity Wave.
• Be mindful of your digital conduct. The most valuable connection is human.
• Keep your belongings safe and report any incidents to us.
